With Valentine's Day fast approaching, TV's Dr Oz provides tips on which foods to eat to boost your sex life.
The next time you are at a supermarket, you might want to think about one thing and one thing only… sex.
Some of you are already probably doing this, but now you got to do it for the right reasons. Hear me out. You see, there is evidence that certain foods can lead to a better sex life.
Here are just a few in a long list.
- Let’s start with apples. These guys help freshen your breath, making you more desirable than you already are.
- And if you’ve got breath issues covered, give garlic a go. It helps increase blood flow in men and women, which is key for great sex.
Need a little jolt to get you in the mood?
Well, figs and bananas contain chromomine, which might improve libido. And perhaps the best of all are wild yams, which may increase general sensitivity.
