We offer grooming solutions for everything from the hair on your head to the hair on your back.

You're an urban gentleman, so being a hairy Neanderthal just doesn't cut it - try these manscaping tips and remain on top of your game.

Eyebrows
Eyebrow-shaping and trimming is no longer just reserved for the ladies and are a must if you want to look well-groomed. Of course, it's much easier to let your barber give it a good shaping when you're next there for a haircut, but managing it yourself is more practical in the long run, as eyebrow hairs sprout quickly.
- The easiest way to trim your eyebrows is to use a comb and a sharp, small pair of scissors.
- Use the comb to lift the hairs from your brow.
- Trim the hairs slightly, but be careful not to cut off too much, as you could be left with bald spots on your brow line.
You're meant to have two eyebrows. If need be, get your stylist to wax the area between them clean.
Remember not to go overboard - you don't want it to look as if you've drawn on your eyebrows! Go easy on the shaping and keep it as minimal as possible.

Facial hair
clean-shaven man is a well-groomed man. Stubble may make you look rugged and manly, but it will also make you look unkempt. There's nothing wrong with a bit of facial hair - like a neatly managed goatee - but be careful not to force a beard or moustache. There's nothing shameful in being a man who can't grow a moustache. The only thing that's disgraceful is insisting on showing off the few hairs you can sport as some kind of badge of masculinity. Movember is way behind us, gents.

Head hair
We don't have to tell you that long locks went out of style along with bell-bottoms and disco. A clean-shaven head is a good option for any man with a well-shaped head. Here's what to do:
- Shave your hair after a warm shower, as it relaxes your hair follicles, making ingrown hairs less likely.
- Apply a good dose of shaving cream and leave it on the skin for about five minutes.
- Stay away from products that contain menthol, as it will desensitise your skin.
- Use a hand mirror to make sure that you've reached everywhere.
- Use a clean, sharp razor and shave your hair in the direction of the hair growth - avoid applying pressure and rinse the razor often.
- After completing your shave, apply some cream to sooth your shaved skin.

Back hair
The rule of thumb for body hair should be: smooth on the back and hairy on the front. There's no logical reason as to why most women love chest hair and hate back and shoulder hair, but the point is that they do. Even though it keeps you warm in winter, get rid of your back and shoulder carpet fuzz - it's nasty.

Arm and leg hair
Leave your leg and arm hairs alone. A little light trimming in places is harmless, as long as you look natural. Unless you're a Swedish model or famous swimmer, keep some hair on your limbs.

Hair down there
Anything that will make her more willing and enthusiastic to visit your nether regions should be done consistently. So keep your genitals neatly trimmed. Keeping your pubic hair under control also helps to eliminate sweat and unpleasant odours. Just don't take it all off - we don't care how much bigger it makes your member look - you will only come across as sexually vain.
