Marcus Buckingham is one of the most soughtafter motivational speakers in the world. He has made a lucrative career of being a motivational speaker, addressing more than 250 000 people around the world every year. Buckingham is a Cambridge University graduate, holding a Master’s degree in social and political science. With nearly two decades of experience as a senior researcher at The Gallup Organization, he has been able to offer millions of people advice on how to use their strengths in the workplace.

His years of experience led to him writing the New York Times bestselling books Breaking All the Rules (co-authored with Curt Coffman), Now, Discover your Strengths (co-authored with Donald O Clifton), Find Your Strongest Life and his latest, Stand Out.
